Andrea Jeremiah
Andrea Maria Jeremiah, an Indian artist and actor, is best known for her work in Tamil as well as Malayalam films. She made her acting debut in Tamil movie Pachaikili Muthucharam as well as her Malayalam debut with Annayum's Rasoolum. Andrea Jeremiah is an Anglo-Indian born at Arakkonam Tamil Nadu. Her father is a lawyer in the Madras High Court. Her mother is the older daughter of a research assistant who lives in Leuven, Belgium. Jeremiah has a family near Chennai, attended National Public School before graduating from Women's Christian College. Andrea began studying classical piano at the age of eight. She was an avid geek and dreamed of becoming psychiatrist. She was part of the Jackson Five style troupe Young Stars aged 10. The group was the beginning of her singing and music composition career. At her college, she was also an artist in the theater and participated in various stage plays arranged by The Madras Players. Andrea was also the Student Senate President at Women's Christian College. Andrea began her career performing in theater with Girish Karanad's Nagamandala. She was featured in the 2006 leo commercial for coffee with Shiva. Also, she was a part of a serial which relayed in Podhigai channel. She's performed in India. She played a minor role on the Kanda Mudhal final (2005). She performed a number of songs for Gautham Vasudev's Vettaiyaadu. He asked her to play one of his main female characters in Pachaikili Muthucharam. Andrea plays Kalyani who is a wife and mother to a man with whom she has a romantic relationship. Andrea was cast in this role because of Simran and Tabu Two actresses were approached by producers. The film debuted during the first half of 2010.
