Ani Difranco
Angela Maria Ani DiFranco (born Angela Maria Ani DiFranco) is a American as well as a Canadian musician and singer. She has released more than 20 albums. DiFranco's music is classified as alternative rock and folk. Yet, they contain influences from jazz hip-hop punk and the funk genre. Ani DiFranco is the first person to create her own label in 1990. Ani is widely considered as a feminist icons. DiFranco was born in Buffalo New York on September 23rd of 1970, the daughter of Elizabeth (Ross) and Dante Americo DiFranco whom she had been in contact while at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her mother was born in Montreal and her father has Italian roots. Ani DiFranco composed and sang 32 Flavors. The song was released on her album Not a Pretty Girl released in 1995. Another version of the song was featured on the soundtrack for the 1999 Canadian love story Better Than Chocolate. DiFranco apology was made in the year 2013 when it became known that she was hosting 3 days of a workshop at one of the Louisiana past slave plantation. However, many (including this paper) did not show any remorse. DiFranco apologized several days later. Though she's known in the past as the Little Folksinger, her songs have embraced a variety of kinds of genres and collaborates between Pete Seeger to Chuck D to Prince. She is from New Orleans. Ani DiFranco is with Kristen Ford. Her first songs were written at the age of fourteen. She would perform them at bars and in coffee shops all through her teenage years. DiFranco began attending lessons at Buffalo State College at age 16 after graduating from Buffalo Academy for Visual and Performing Arts. The new baritone she got was customized by Alvarez, made by Chrys Johnston who at the time worked as an Alvarez artist rep.
