Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a professional athlete. After leaving gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness events when she was 16 years old. She earned her Pro Card just one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. After quitting her gymnastics career Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 in the year she turned 16. The Pro Card in the year following when she was 17. She was the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel paused her career for six years to complete her education. Following her completion of college, Ariel returned in the year 2015. The show continued in the same way she was in prior shows, which included those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She competed for many more years and set new objectives each year. She took home four other health titles before the end 2009. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her the young IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) to ever win a title. Ariel was able to take six years off from the sport after she earned her professional card in order to complete her college education. She made a comeback in October of 2015 when she competed in her first appearance as an IFBB Fitness Professional in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished at third. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and thus qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The following month she was on the Olympia stage, and was awarded 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel declared that she'd had no expectations prior to the event and was happy with her performance. When you consider she had to fight against top athletes. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel's most favorite part of her body for training is her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pull-ups on a machine as well as bent-over rows. It is common to warm up before the workout. Ariel also likes to make the most of her workout time. Ariel does so by doing supersettings on all of her back exercises. This involves three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
