Simone Biles

Simone Biles (born March 14 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.) American gymnast who was thought to be one of the sport's greatest athletes. The 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro she became the first female U.S. gymnast to win four gold medals in the same Games and was also the first gymnast to earn three consecutive world all-around titles (2013-15). Biles grew up at Spring Texas in the Houston metropolitan area following the time her and her sister Adria were adopted by their grandparents Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone began to take the sport of gymnastics seriously as an infant during a school field trip to Bannon Gymnastix. Aimee Borman was her coach over the next 11 years. Biles has won gold and bronze medals at the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships 2010 in floor and vault before making her debut in 2011 in the elite division of competition. In less than two years, she was the top athlete in her field. What set Biles out was her consistency her flamboyant attitude as well as the level of challenge she integrated into her routines throughout every event - vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercises.
